RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

For any unforeseen reasons, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To refund or exchange and to return any defective or damaged products, please email customer service at info@printglobal.co.uk explaining the reason for return and provide enough evidence for us to review the situation. Once the return is authorised, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • Any products and services (designing) that are personalised, and customised to your specifications.

With an exclusion:

If the product has incorrect information printed on it i.e different from your approved proof or if there is a manufacturing error
